The Role
As an experienced Holiday Home Sales Administrator, you will support the Sales Team to deliver a seamless customer journey for potential, new, and existing Holiday Home Owners.
Skirlington Coast is under new ownership so we are keen to add to the team someone who can help shape the owner experience and who is able to maintain relationships with our owners long after the sale is complete.
You’ll be a key player in the end-to-end experience whether answering questions & queries, managing administrative tasks, checking compliance and ensuring accuracy and communicating with new owners to update on the progress of their purchase.
You’ll be an excellent problem solver and have the confidence to pro-actively resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinating administrative processes related to holiday home sales.
Preparing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Managing customer enquiries and providing timely and helpful responses.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of sales.
Supporting the sales team with reporting and data management.
About you
You’ll have previous relevant experience, be up for a challenge and thrive in a sales & service environment – with new owners, expansion works happening and big plans over the next few years, the opportunities are endless.
You must be an effective communicator, as you’ll need to engage and build relationships with our guests and owners and being a team player is non-negotiable, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
You’ll also be organised and have a keen eye for detail. Our customers are making a life changing purchase and we need you to help ensure the experience and their new purchase is spot on.
As a self-starter your pro-active nature will mean you identify and spot problems before they impact our customers and if you have ParcVu or Plot experience already, you’ll no doubt be able to hit the ground running.
