Salary: £28,000 plus OTE £48,000 Uncapped

The Role
We are seeking a Market Area Renewal Coordinator to join our Thames Valley team. The role involves providing high-quality service to our customers, working closely with the Divisional Renewal Manager, sales teams, and dealership sites to enhance customer retention through proactive outreach and collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Conduct daily outbound calls to existing customers using internal systems and personal initiatives
* Coordinate with dealerships via email to confirm appointments and sales representatives involved
* Communicate daily with DRM/GSM/TMs and sites regarding appointment statistics
* Participate in daily renewal team meetings to review stats and appointment data
* Report activity and appointments regularly, ensuring targets are met
* Ensure all calls are compliant and meet brand standards
Experience and Skills
