Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers, you will contribute to image reconstruction, imaging analysis and system performance optimisation across real-world imaging applications. Work on next-generation 3D X-ray imaging technology with real clinical impact Join a fast-growing DeepTech company transitioning from research to commercial deployment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of imaging scientists, physicists and engineers Job Title: Graduate Medical Imaging Engineer Location: Oxford (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive benefits package About the Role Support the development and optimisation of 3D image reconstruction methods Analyse imaging performance and contribute to improvements in image quality and system capability Work with imaging datasets to evaluate system performance across different applications Collaborate with software, hardware and systems teams to support end-to-end imaging development Assist with experimentation, data analysis and validation of imaging approaches Contribute to the advancement of imaging techniques used within next-generation imaging platforms Desired Qualifications and Experience Degree in Medical Imaging, Imaging Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline (BSc, MSc or PhD) Academic, research or project experience involving imaging, image reconstruction or image processing Exposure to scientific computing or numerical analysis through coursework, research projects or industry experience Interest in medical imaging systems and the development of imaging technology for real-world applications Skills Programming experience in Python, MATLAB or similar scientific computing tools Understanding of imaging or reconstruction techniques (e.g. CT, tomographic imaging, inverse problems, image processing) Ability to analyse and interpret imaging data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary technical team If this opportunity is of interest, please apply with an updated CV .
