Shift patterns are 2 weeks of working day shifts and 2 weeks of working night shifts (rota includes week 1 x 33 hours per week and week 2 x 44 hours per week). Our integrated male care pathway includes Litchurch Ward, our low secure ward, and the Wyvern Unit, our mental health rehabilitation service.
