This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager - ideally from within a technical or engineering industry background - to join a highly-successful company at the forefront of Aerospace innovation.
The Role
The Bid Manager will play a critical role in shaping successful business proposals, by managing end-to-end bid processes for new contracts, transforming technical input from internal teams into compelling, accurate, and commercially sound proposals. This will involve the Bid Manager leading the bid process using tools such as checklists, templates, and collaborative editing platforms, collaborating across BD, Product Development, and Programme Management to define winning themes and compelling value propositions, and managing live bids throughout the lifecycle - from preparation and approvals to submission. The Bid Manager will also provide direct account management for a select number of key clients.
