Main duties of the job
* Accountability for medical professional leadership, supervision, and education of the medical workforce.
* Serve as the Trust's responsible officer, overseeing medical appraisal and revalidation.
* Help steer the Trust on its journey by joining a committed board and executive team.
* Inspire and collaborate to harness the skills and voice of the medical workforce.
Person Specification
Skills and experience
* Registered psychiatrist with the GMC, with an unblemished registration.
* Qualification or competence in leadership and management development.
