We are working with a fast-growing London catering company seeking a Head of Event Operations to lead multi-site event delivery and drive operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-volume, complex events across corporate, private, and large-scale productions—combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple venues and sites
2. Manage and develop a team of Event Managers and freelance staff
3. Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and operational delivery
4. Drive consistency in service standards, processes, and guest experience
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing
6. Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers
7. Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and logistics teams
8. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
9. Identify efficiencies and drive continuous operational improvement

10. Proven experience in a senior event operations role within catering or hospitality
11. Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-site teams
12. Excellent organisational and project management skills
13. Confident client-facing communicator

15. Strong understanding of event logistics, staffing, and compliance
