What you will do: Provide dedicated support to individuals experiencing substance misuse issues with a focus on drugs and alcohol. Carry out comprehensive assessments to develop collaborative recovery plans. Deliver and coordinate harm reduction interventions to support service users on their recovery journey. Manage caseloads effectively and carry out keyworking sessions designed to empower clients. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report on the effectiveness of interventions.
