Salary:£25,000 - £27,000 + Uncapped Commission

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, youll receive structured training and close mentorship, giving you the skills and confidence to build relationships, match candidates to exciting opportunities, and ultimately grow your own portfolio of clients.
What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and in-house tools
* Conducting phone interviews to assess suitability for open roles
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from advert writing to job offer
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Attending client meetings (with support) to understand hiring needs
* Working towards monthly targets and earning commission for your performance
