We are seeking maternity cover for Rotational Booking Administrator roles within our Imaging CT and MRI Departments. The role involves high‑quality administrative support to the department, including typing, reception duties, customer service, maintaining databases, booking appointments and meeting rooms, filing and general administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
* Provide reception duties and communicate with staff and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Type, maintain databases, book appointments and meeting rooms.
* Answer general queries and explain department information.
* Support efficient day‑to‑day activities of the department.
Qualifications & requirements
* Ability to work well under pressure, organise and pay excellent attention to detail.
* Work independently and as part of a team, liaising with staff at all levels in a confident manner.
* Willingness to learn and carry out tasks in different specialist areas.
Shift & working pattern
* Shift work (including weekend hours) required.
* MRI role: 9‑month maternity cover, full‑time.
* CT role: 9‑month maternity cover, part‑time.
