Delegated Authority Governance Associate
Starting salary: £35,000
Locations: Norwich, London, or Worthing
We are looking for a Delegated Authority Governance Associate to join our newly created team in our DUA Hub, which is a key growth area within our business. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience and strong analytical skills, eager to advance their career in the UK's leading Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement business.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting, implementing, and developing service standards for the DUA Hub
* Ensuring effective onboarding and control of delegated underwriting authority relationships
* Maintaining high-quality processes and risk management
* Supporting the Underwriting Community and Scheme Owners
* Producing content, assisting with reporting, managing risk events, and providing management insights
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in Delegated Underwriting, Change, Commercial, or Operational Effectiveness roles
* Proficiency in reporting and delivering relevant, timely information
* Experience with outsourcing and risk management software (beneficial)
* Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance
* Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills
