These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
We are seeking a detail-orientated and data savvy Junior Analyst to the support the EMEA Distribution Management Team. The role will have a dual mandate working on projects relating to both Business Management and Strategy & Execution.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting with the delivery of high-quality presentations around our business strategy and key priorities
Executing on projects working closely with EMEA distribution leadership team and other stakeholders
Supporting with the development of coherent business cases, when investment is required, so that appropriate level of resources is available to deliver our strategic priorities
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to support business objectives such as product development and market positioning
Data Analysis & Reporting
Summarising and manipulating data from Salesforce dashboards to support business decisions.
Analysing and synthesizing market data related to trends, flows, AUM developments, and asset class net flows.
Tracking and summarising Invesco’s finances, fund flows, and performance to keep stakeholders informed.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards for tracking key business and financial metrics.
What you can bring:
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
Confident presenting detailed analysis and persuasive narratives in PowerPoint
Experience using coding to manipulate various sized datasets, especially collation and curation prior to analysis
Ability to analyse and interpret financial and market data from a wide range different data sources
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
Excellent communication skills for summarising insights and engaging with stakeholders.
