THE ROLE

1. Working in partnership with the Store Management team
2. As a role model to the team, you drive a great atmosphere in store
3. You analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and you make the right commercial choices
4. Personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations

5. Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail
6. Good communication and social skills
