In this rewarding role, youll oversee the day-to-day running of wraparound care, delivering fun, engaging activities that promote creativity, physical development and social confidence.
Youll lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with parents and school partners, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and Ofsted preparation.
Create a warm, inclusive setting where every child feels valued Lead, support and train staff to deliver high-quality wraparound care Plan and run engaging activities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Oversee snack preparation, resources and record keeping Liaise effectively with school teams and parents Maintain robust safeguarding and health & safety standards Ideal Candidate: Level 2 or 3 in childcare is an advantage. xkybehq
