We are seeking an organised and effective Administrator to support our Senior Management Team.
Position: Full Time
Location: Sunderland Jupiter Centre BIC
Hours: 20 hours per week
WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.
The role
Diary management
Organising regular meetings, attending to take notes and processing actions and follow-ups
Processing invoices
Completing CQC documentation
Maintaining records and being able to retrieve information upon request
Archiving
Co-ordinating external marketing information
Ad-hoc projects including service visits and offering specific administration support
About you
You will be highly organised, confident with all digital tools i.e. all Microsoft products, with excellent attention to detail. You will also be capable to undertake ad-hoc projects and being involved in wider organisational projects. By nature you will be calm, able to work to urgent deadlines and able to maintain confidentiality.
