This is a fixed‑term, full‑time position working variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day‑to‑day grounds and maintenance operations across the park
* Lead, support and motivate the grounds and maintenance team
* Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
* Carry out general grounds maintenance including grass cutting, landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas
* Oversee routine maintenance and repairs across accommodation and facilities
* Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment and outdoor spaces
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures
* Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the park
* Support with stock control, ordering of materials and equipment
* Respond to maintenance issues and guest requests in a timely manner
* Assist with training and development of team members
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a grounds, maintenance or facilities role
* Experience in a supervisory or team‑leader position is desirable
* Strong practical skills and knowledge of general maintenance tasks
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations
* Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
