Key Responsibilities: Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct comprehensive analysis of automotive industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and consumer demand patterns to support marketing initiatives and product strategy development. Assess dealership, sales, and logistics operations to identify process gaps and implement streamlined, efficiency-driven workflows. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports to senior management and key stakeholders, covering inventory levels, sales performance, and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with IT teams to support enhancements to CRM and stock management systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive business performance. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or retail sector. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and vehicle inventory management processes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
