Job Description
3. Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
4. Prepare, review, and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations
5. Post journals, accruals, and prepayments in line with accounting standards
6. Support EMEA quarterly reporting and contribute to annual statutory accounts
7. Analyse and interpret financial results, providing clear insight behind the numbers
8. Strengthen financial controls and maintain high-quality documentation
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
10. Challenge existing processes and contribute ideas to improve systems and workflows
11. Support continuous improvement across the finance function
The Successful Applicant
12. Have experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role within industry
13. Be comfortable working with intercompany accounting in a multi-entity, international environment
14. Be willing to contribute ideas and drive improvements
15. Studying towards ACCA or CIMA (part-qualified or finalist level)
16. Confident working on MS Excel
