Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join Calisen Metering in Wigan. The role involves managing customer inquiries, scheduling smart meter appointments, and providing excellent customer service. This is a 6-month temporary position working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday shift every four weeks. The role offers hybrid working with at least two days in the Wigan call centre.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls and inquiries efficiently.
* Schedule and confirm smart meter appointments.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
* Assist in administrative tasks, including generating customer letters.
Requirements:
* Minimum GCSE education.
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous customer service experience, call centre experience is a plus but not essential.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
