Hays are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to work across void and occupied social housing properties. The role includes reactive repairs, maintenance, and installation of heating systems, boilers, and general plumbing.
Your new role
1. Carry out plumbing and heating repairs, maintenance, and installations in both void and occupied social housing units
2. Diagnose faults and carry out reactive and planned works on boilers, radiators, pipework, and heating systems
3. Install andmission new heating systems and appliances in line with current regulations
4. Ensure all workplies with health and safety standards and relevant legislation
5. Maintain accurate records of workpleted, materials used, and any follow-up actions required
6. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and urgent repairs when required
What you'll need to succeed
7. Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications (, NVQ Level 2/3, Gas Safe)
8. Experience in social housing environments
9. Full UK driving licence
