* Pay: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)

We are partnering with a wonderful specialist school that supports children aged 3 to 11 with severe learning disabilities. The school is dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life, regardless of their abilities, and is committed to providing high-quality, individualised education. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting students from diverse backgrounds, helping with both their academic progress and personal growth. You will collaborate closely with experienced teachers and caring staff to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where students can thrive.
You could be a Teacher Assistant if you:
* Are passionate about delivering excellent education to children with severe learning disabilities
* Hold a minimum of Grade C/Level 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Have a friendly, patient personality and the ability to connect with children and colleagues alike
* Have experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
* Are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
In your daily role as a Teacher Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging, meaningful lessons
* Implement individualised learning plans one-to-one or in small groups
* Assist students across a range of subjects within the classroom
* Communicate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best support for each child
* Help maintain a safe, supportive, and happy learning environment
