JLB are partnering with a leading events based agency who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that bridges client engagement with agency execution.
This is a senior-level position ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a strong grasp of marketing and experiential campaigns, and can translate complex client needs into actionable event briefs.
You'll be embedded within the client’s offices, (Dubai), representing the agency while closely collaborating with the internal teams. Your ability to “connect the dots” between strategy, creative, and delivery will be critical in producing effective and engaging campaigns and incentive programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
* Attend client meetings to gather briefs and understand project scope and objectives.
* Abstract client information into clear, strategic proposals and event briefs for internal teams.
* Manage and own full project budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
* Collaborate closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution of experiential marketing initiatives.
* Develop and present decks, proposals, and campaign strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Provide 360° client service from initial briefing to final delivery and post-campaign analysis.
* Stay current with market trends, especially within the GCC region, to provide relevant insights and suggestions.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of account management experience, preferably within experiential marketing agencies.
* Proven experience managing client relationships, creating decks, and budgeting for marketing events and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of the GCC market and its unique business culture and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite with client, 2 days from home).
* Operational delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
