Accor invites you to join as a Floor Manager for Albie, a vibrant all‑day dining venue in The Hoxton, Southwark, London. In this role you will manage both the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with health & safety standards.

Job Description
* Ensure restaurant/bar area is H&S compliant for each shift
* Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
* Coordinate and run the reservations system
* Create floor plan based on covers
* Support the Restaurant AGM with food & beverage stock management, ordering, and stock counts
* Assist the Restaurant AGM with training on wine, food, and beverage menus
* Handle cash and report daily revenues as per hotel SOPs
* Oversee service on the floor and bar
* Ensure safe opening and closing of the restaurant
* Collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability
