Regional Sales Manager required to drive regional Sales within the district heating industry. Must have proven sales success in District Heating / District Energy or a closely related industry along with a strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, such as heat pumps.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Car or Allowance + Expenses

As Regional Sales Manager, youll lead business development and account management across the United Kingdom, alongside a couple of other sales colleagues. You will be working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility. Heat Network experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across bookings and shipments
* Develop and manage key client relationships, becoming the Basis of Design (BoD) early in project stages
* Create proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations using a structured sales process
* Expand the customer base and drive brand loyalty through campaigns and strategic engagement
* Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly
* Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting
* Represent the business at industry trade events and support wider business initiatives
