HR Officer - Employee Relations Specialist

About you
* Associate CIPD
* Two years' experience in providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
* Two years' experience in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
* The ability to work as part of a team, aiming to improve service quality and support colleagues
What you'll do
* Ensure HR and employee relations issues are managed effectively, in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance)
* Undertake investigations related to personnel matters
* Assist with development and management of procedures, record-keeping, and reporting activities
* Coordinate responses to requests under legislation such as freedom of information and data protection
* Liaise with department managers and provide expert advice on sickness absence and Occupational Health
* Prepare absence management reports for case review panels
