Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and personable Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of Annie Maison. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading a small team, engaging with customers, and helping to shape the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the business owner in managing the day-to-day running of the venue
* Support and motivate a small front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
* Prepare and manage staff rotas to ensure efficient coverage
* Oversee bar and restaurant service, maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality
* Build rapport with customers and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
* Assist in planning and executing events, including private functions and seasonal promotions
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain supplier relationships
* Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and stylish front-of-house environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during events
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
