Brewer Morris are working with a leading global insurance company with the search for a newly created position – Treasury Manager.
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to lead and evolve the treasury operations across all of the company’s’ International entities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage liquidity, optimise cash flow, and build strong banking relationships, all while collaborating with global teams and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Duties:
1. Lead daily cash management and funding decisions across multiple entities
2. Develop and refine short to long-term cash flow forecasts
3. Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance
4. Execute FX trades and contribute to hedging strategies
5. Present cash performance reports to senior stakeholders and regulators
6. Collaborate with investment managers to optimise returns on surplus funds
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
8. Drive continuous improvement in treasury processes and controls
9. Manage and mentor a small team of Treasury professionals
Expertise Sought:
10. 3-5+ years of Treasury Management experience
11. Prior experience working in a global or financial services environment
12. Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and FX
13. Proven leadership and team development skills
14. Proficiency in Excel and treasury/finance systems
15. Qualified or part-qualified Accountant/Treasury Professional

16. Salary: £55, to £65, per annum
