Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) in Ormskirk
30 hours per week
We are seeking candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.
Our stores operate from 7 AM to 8 PM, so flexibility to manage early starts and late finishes is essential.

This position involves being the friendly face of Toolstation, assisting customers, and handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stock management. Physical effort is required, especially in varying temperatures.
While retail experience is not mandatory, some experience as a keyholder or supervising team members is preferred, as you will support colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include handling deliveries, unpacking stock, maintaining store cleanliness, and preparing orders. A positive attitude and willingness to work hard are more important than prior experience.
You will also promote our Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
As a keyholder, you'll open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide supervisory cover when needed.
