Role Objective
To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or other general inquiries. Demonstrate a can-do attitude and serve as a source of information for guests and colleagues. Your knowledge of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider team in maximizing utilization.
This role supports functions such as the Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and management by providing guest data and information.

Some Responsibilities include
* Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in process, including offering a tour and explaining the welcome pack.
* Handling financial transactions correctly and in line with GDPR, providing receipts, and storing merchant copies securely.
* Ensuring all client accounts are settled upon check-out, maintaining robe controls, and checking guest satisfaction. Share feedback with the team and initiate corrective actions if needed.
* Monitoring CCTV to ensure safety in pool and other areas.
* Monitoring headcounts hourly to prevent exceeding maximum bather capacity.
* Supporting pool testing when needed, provided training has been completed.
* Leading or supporting guest walks when applicable.
* Closing open folios and settling classes on the system.
* Upselling additional services and managing columns for yield management.
* Assisting with scheduling spa staff and services.
* Managing pre-bookings and ensuring accurate billing of guest services.
* Having comprehensive knowledge of all packages and services offered.
* Staying updated on promotional offers and selling services to meet targets, supporting team sales efforts.
