Bella+Duke are looking for a highly motivated and passionate, multi-disciplinary and commercially minded Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our Brand + Creative Team as we further expand in the retail space as well as launching in new international markets.

You'll be part of a close-knit team who work together to bring our brand to life across a variety of channels, both offline and digital, supporting all of our colleagues in achieving their objectives.
Along with the team, you'll use research and insights to develop creative. Through testing, you'll learn to optimise for different channels, constantly finding new ways to capture attention, entertain, educate and acquire new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background and a well-rounded skill set including experience across print and digital design and art working. Experience with photo and or film retouching would be a benefit but not a necessity.
You should confidently be able to produce design work for a multitude of creative executions ranging from; digital design for paid and organic social and email, to print design specifically for in-store visual merchandising, leaflet design, direct mail, event collateral and more- you should also be confident in art working creative for packaging and products.
You will work closely with our brand team and multiple key stakeholders within the business such as content, performance marketing, events, retail, new product development and more.

ABOUT YOU + YOUR EXPERIENCE
* 4+ years' experience in a design or art working role
* Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Lightroom, After Effects – advantageous
* A strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates both design and art working skills, as well as your ability to meet a brief and convey brand identity in designs across multiple mediums and channels
* Experience in photo retouching and film retouching would be a benefit but not a requirement
* Highly creative and passionate
* An excellent communicator, able to articulate your vision and inspire others - from teammates to customers
* Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across the business, working autonomously and managing stakeholders and multiple deadlines
* Confident in understanding and translating complex briefs and technical specs for design. Working within those parameters to develop effective creative
A DAY IN THE PARKLIFE
Although this is a hybrid role- our ideal Graphic Designer would be able to come into the office 2-3 days a week, but you'll be able to work from home too.
If you're located further afield, we'd love to see you for 1 week per month, when many of our remote team members all come to the office to collaborate.
Based in Rosyth, our Head Office, "Parklife" is the perfect dog-friendly space to get together and think creatively (and spend your 9-5 surrounded by all the cute office pets too).
What makes the role so exciting comes from the variety of the day-to-day. Though you'll be familiar with the disciplines and rigour of everyday creative such as social graphics, email content, leaflets, flyers and accurate label and packaging design, you won't be creating artwork like this all day. You'll also enjoy the ability to work closely with our performance and brand marketing teams, our retail, events and web teams to take creative projects from conversational ideation through to perfect delivery, as well as everything in between.
