Description and Requirements
Dual role to Lead ISO Operations (70%) Chief of Staff (30%) Lead & Manage ISO Operations team, collaborate with all UKI operational elements, Member of the UKI LT as COS to work on strategic planning, business elements to ensure efficient and effective collaboration across the entire UKI business and employee population. As a trusted advisor to the UKI LT – ensuring the UKI delivers above and beyond our business initiatives, enables and implements process improvement and operational goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Team Leadership: Process improvements, effective use of systems, process & dashboards to meet the data needs of the business. Co-ordination of UKI KPI’s, collaboration with 4P, Finance, IT, Customer Fulfilment & GSC to oversee production, supply chain, and delivery management. Cross functional business data ownership
2. Communication: Assist in co-ordination with HR / PR / LT for internal and external comms (eg All hands, business announcements)
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborates with LT to design, develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company short- and long-term goals.
4. Meeting Preparation& Ownership: Co-ordinates all EMEA & WW meetings and sets meeting agendas for the: STAMP, QBR, MBR, Market BMS, LT Meetings, etc.)
5. Business / Segment Reviews: Collaborates on target settings across the LT, sales performance reviews with sales leader's team performance against targets with key stake holders with recommendations. Owns the reporting and tracking of targets to ensure the market meets its growth targets in line with LT expectations
6. Chief Of Staff: Trusted advisor in collaboration with LT, Determine priorities across the business, external partners, customers and ecosystem. Key point of contact for internal and external events and content required. Co-ordinate EMEA and WW stakeholders. Manage“requirements of the UKI team”from internal and external stakeholders. Help communicate an drive the UKIvision/goals. Collaborate with the market GM to set and drive the implementation of the market’s strategic direction.
7. Team Performance – Lead the UK&I operations team to deliver on allocated tasks and business objectives ensuring optimal efficiency and support for all segments.
Your Key Competencies
8. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams within a complex organisational environment.
9. Strategic Operations Management: Substantial experience in business operations, strategy formulation, and execution, particularly in large or matrixed organisations.
10. Project Management & Operational Excellence: A successful track record in managing projects and driving operational improvements. Proven success in managing projects and driving operational improvements / business outcomes
11. Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated skill in interacting with executive leadership and managing sensitive, high-stakes matters.
12. Sales Operations & Data Analysis: Good knowledge of sales operations, data analysis, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making
13. 10+ Years of Experience in business operations, strategy development, or a comparable leadership capacity, ideally within a large or matrixed organisation. Chief of Staff experience is an advantage.
