Finance Manager | Public Sector | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable North-East based Public Sector organisation to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of exciting change, and will operate on a hybrid working arrangement.
1. The role play a key role working in a leading a customer-focussed, value adding management accounting team
2. Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key directorates, at both strategic and operational level
3. Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
4. Work with stakeholders to provide critical challenge on business cases
5. Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the organisation is able to deliver its strategic priorities
The person;
6. CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent with a proven business partnering approach
7. Experience within public sector finance desirable
