Role: Sales Manager- Solar Energy Equipment
Location: Nationwide.
Work type: Work from home, and occasional countrywide travel as per business requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Developing strategies for market growth and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK PV sector, focusing on acquiring Commercial Scale, Utility Scale, and Distributor clients.
* Proactively identifying and seizing new business opportunities to stimulate expansion.
* Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust.
* Engaging in frequent business travel to personally engage with existing and potential clients across the region, introducing innovative products and solutions.
* Collaborating with developers, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction providers to create cost-effective solutions for presentation to clients.
* Crafting and executing strategic business plans to broaden the company's customer base and boost revenue.
* Providing comprehensive reports on sales activities, including records of sales, revenue, and expenses.
Requirements
* Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in fields related to business, electrical engineering, power, or related disciplines.
* 3 to 4 years of B2B experience of selling one or more of the following products: Solar Panels, Solar Cells, PV Battery, Storage solutions, mounting systems or Solar Trackers.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the identification and delivery of tailored solutions to diverse customer requirements.
