The Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading the order management and product specification teams to ensure accurate, efficient processing of customer orders and technical specifications. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring orders are entered correctly, specifications are clearly defined, and internal teams are aligned to deliver on customer requirements. The role acts as a key link between sales, customers, and technical teams, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into accurate orders and product specifications.

Job Description
Act as an escalation point for customer issues, resolve potential problems and build strong relationships with sales teams and key customers.
Oversee the end-to-end customer order process, from order entry to release for fulfilment and delivery.
Ensure customer specifications are captured, validated and communicated accurately to customers, merchants, installers and internal teams.
Develop reporting on team performance and operational metrics.

Experience working within leadership or supervisory level roles
