Your Role as a Support Worker
* Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
* Supporting daily living skills, routines and independence
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Promoting emotional wellbeing, confidence and positive behaviour
* Supporting individuals to access education, activities and the community
* Working closely with families, professionals and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
* Upholding safeguarding, health & safety and company values
Who We're Looking For
* Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable (but not essential)
* A kind, patient and positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends where required
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
