Job Description Role : Agile Project Manager Skills: IT Project Management, Agile(SAFe), Financial Services Domain experience Location: Burgess Hill, UK Responsibilities Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple agile teams. Identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies. Define and maintain milestones and release plans. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Leadership to ensure alignment and progress. Communicate delivery status and key decisions to leadership, including sign-off coordination. Drive and steer technical program discussions related to architecture and system design. Co-develop and document technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices. Maintain and evolve technical and regulatory documentation for ongoing development and compliance. Track and document technical debt and health features in JIRA on a rotating basis. Finalize sprint commitments and plans from a technical perspective. Ensure PI Readiness by validating features against readiness criteria. Experience in Financial Services domain Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing Agile teams and ceremonies. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies. Technical background or strong technical acumen to support planning and execution. Experience with JIRA and Agile planning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans. Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design principles. Background in software development or engineering is a plus. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills A high degree of initiative and flexibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
