Your responsibilities
* Process financial transactions accurately using cloud accounting systems
* Complete bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations to maintain clean data
* Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with compliance requirements
* Maintain records through to Trial Balance, supporting reporting accuracy
* Assist with month-end processes and financial close activities
* Identify errors and improve data quality across client accounts
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping environment
* Strong attention to detail across financial data and reconciliations
* Experience or exposure to cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
* Understanding of VAT, debtor and creditor processes
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial records
Working hours
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm (office-based)
