CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £40K, WEST MIDLANDS BASED, ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING.
An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a West Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £100m and multiple projects in the pipeline for early 2025 working with some of the largest Housebuilding companies in the UK.
Duties:
1. Optimising contract profitability
2. Provide quotations to clients for variations
3. Accurate monthly cost and value reports
4. All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
1. Assistant Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks or other relevant fields
2. Time management skills and meeting deadlines
3. Experience in value engineering
4. Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
