As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, Behavioural and Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Key Responsibilities: Build positive and supportive relationships with students. Implement behaviour management strategies to help students improve their behaviour and self-regulation. Assist teachers and staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one and group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
