An exciting opportunity has become available in a small but very busy family run business for this reason we require an all-rounder who will be dealing with all aspects of the business including trade counter/warehouse/office and admin support at DD Health and Safety Supplies Limited. Key Responsibilities * Serving customers / trade counter * Preparing paper work delivery notes / sales invoices * Answering telephone * Taking customer orders * Receiving deliveries * Preparing customer orders * Putting stock away in the stock room * Qualitative face fit testing once trained * Purchasing * Keeping cost prices up to date You will also be required to assist with: • Performing day to day administrative duties within the office • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone • Maintaining and updating electronic and paper-based systems • Greeting visitors and staff • Generally assisting the Office Manager and administrative team • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post • Maintaining Filings systems • Carrying out printing and copying • Inputting data to spreadsheets, databases and systems • Keeping workspace neat and tidy You may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description.
