Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Team at their BMW/MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The Role
Includes but is not limited to:
* Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner
* Advise customers of any additional work required
* Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
* Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, alongside Saturday mornings 8:30am – 12:30pm on a three weekly rota basis.
Skills & Experience
* A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
* Self-motivated
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* An effective communicator
* Well-presented and personable
* Previous experience is a Service Advisor role is not essential
