About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you'll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced 3-5 axis CNC machining centres. You'll create machining strategies from both CAD models and from scratch when required, while producing high-precision components to tight tolerances. This is a hands-on role within a skilled and collaborative team where your experience and ideas will be highly valued.
Candidate Requirements
* Apprentice trained or relevant engineering qualification
1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a 5 Axis CNC Miller/Programmer
2. Knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
3. Proficient with SolidWorks and Fusion 360
4. Ability to create programs from scratch, including when no CAD model is provided
