Overview
As the Senior Product Manager for the Ruminant Biopharma product portfolio in the GB Ruminant market, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our market leading biopharma portfolio. This role focuses on driving adoption of our market leading ruminant vaccine portfolio and leveraging engagement with prescribing partners to maximize the use of our critical vaccines on farms across GB, helping farmers realise the productivity potential which comes with excellent animal health and welfare.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and execute portfolio strategy and roadmap for the ruminant biopharma portfolio to enable achievement of business goals. Manage the biopharma promotional budget with a strong focus on leveraging P&L while utilizing the full omnichannel communications mix to engage customers in the benefits of our broad animal health solution.
* Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing and optimising strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, gather feedback, and champion a customer-centric culture to ensure needs are met and exceeded.
* Reporting: Align to business objectives, analyse product performance, market trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities and report progress towards goals up and downstream within the business.
* Product Launches: Lead strategic planning and execution of biopharma product launches, working with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts for a compelling market entry.
* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster close collaboration with technical, sales, regulatory, external Key Opinion Leaders, and above-market teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain colleagues to ensure efficient product supply to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications / Set Of Skills
* Min. 5 years in marketing/product management role (animal health industry experience preferred).
* Agriculture, life sciences or business degree.
* Demonstrated experience in marketing disciplines.
* Ability to influence in a matrix organisation across differing business, cultural and regulatory environments.
* Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and as a change agent within the company.
* Proven track record in adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures.
* Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Additional Information
Company car provided.
Availability to travel on customer sites – up to 20%.
