The role of Administration Officer is key to St Mary’s Kenmure and you will work as part of the Administration Team. We are looking for someone who is proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and other Microsoft Applications. The purpose of the Administration Officer is to provide administration support across the campus at all levels.
St Mary’s Kenmure is a childcare organisation that offers a controlled, safe and secure environment for the care and education of young people who are referred from the Courts and Children’s Hearings. Young people from all over Scotland and England come to St Mary’s.
Our secure facility cares for 24 young people, in four house units each housing 6 young people. Each young person is entitled to and will receive a high standard of care from a team of experienced and qualified staff who strive to meet their needs and ensure their health and safety. We also offer a wide range of academic and vocational subjects to allow our young people to learn and develop during their stay, along with a variety of recreational facilities including a seven aside football pitch, gymnasium, fitness suite and a swimming pool.
Upholding the rights of young people, advocating on their behaves and ensuring they are provided the opportunity to grow and develop is at the forefront of our approach to education. Our young people receive a high standard of care and support from a team of experienced and qualified individuals across various disciplines, all committed to working collaboratively and in partnership to #KeepThePromise.
