We’re seeking a Partnerships & Client Engagement Manager to join a growing professional services business This is a senior engagement role, not commission-driven sales. You will focus on strengthening long-term relationships, supporting corporate client onboarding, and driving opportunities through effective outreach and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture long-term partnerships with benefit providers, corporate clients, and strategic introducers. Act as the main point of contact for key partners, providing updates, training, and support materials. Lead outreach and follow-up after events, referrals, or marketing campaigns. Support corporate clients during onboarding and implementation across services. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Conduct account reviews and provide insights to strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align on campaigns and growth opportunities.Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in partnerships, client engagement, or account management. Experience with employee benefits, professional services, or corporate services is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email and presentations. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or equivalent). Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach.Why Join Us?
