Temporary Membership Administrator (8-12 Week Assignment)
Location: St. Neots
Pay Rate: £14-£16 per hour (dependent on experience)

Robert Half is working with a longstanding client based in St. Neots who is seeking interim support within their Membership team for an 8-12 week temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, member-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
External-Facing Activities
1. Updating and maintaining the CRM system, including contact records and lead qualification
2. Providing administrative support on key projects, working closely with the Senior Membership Manager and SVP of Membership & Global Development, particularly around design and build projects
3. Co-ordinating with members to secure volunteers for specific events
4. Making outbound calls to members, particularly regarding programmes and participation opportunities
5. Sending follow-up emails to members regarding initiatives, opportunities, and engagement
Internal Responsibilities
6. Qualifying incoming membership leads
7. Supporting the team with membership renewal calls
8. Assisting with awards-related calls and communications
9. Providing general administrative support across the membership function
10. Managing and responding to the shared email inbox
11. Assisting with the coordination of webinars
12. Handling CPD-related enquiries
About You
13. Previous administrative, membership, or customer engagement experience
14. Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with members
15. Strong organisation and attention to detail
16. Experience working with CRM systems (preferred)
17. Confident managing email communications and administrative tasks
18. Able to start immediately and commit to the full 8-12 week assignment
