Families Integrated Front Door Social Worker - Staffordshire Staffordshire Children's Services are seeking experienced Social Workers to join their Families Integrated Front Door team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will be the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, supporting children, young people, and families at the earliest stage. As part of the Front Door team, you will assess referrals, manage risk, and make timely decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of children. You will work closely with families and multi-agency partners to determine the most appropriate support, whether that be Early Help, Child in Need, Child Protection, or referral to Children in Care services.
