* Practical skills in general maintenance, DIY, or building management.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication skills for liaising with staff, contractors, and visitors.
