We're looking for a hands-on and commercially mindedFinance Controllerto take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations while supporting the Finance Director across planning, reporting, and investment readiness.
TheFinance Controllerwill:
* Own and manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate records in Xero and overseeing payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
* Maintain full visibility of the company's cashflow position, producing short- and medium-term forecasts to support informed financial decision-
* Prepare month-end management information and reporting packs, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and smooth month-end close processes.
* Coordinate payroll with external providers, managing monthly payroll inputs, approvals, and staff expense reimbursements.
* Oversee HR and people administration, including contracts, onboarding, personnel records, and compliance with employment policies.
