We are seeking an administrative and operational support officer to join our Imaging Network. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support, assist in project documentation, coordinate recovery activities, and ensure the smooth functioning of network operations.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network.
* Assist in project documentation, including closure reports, corrective action plans, and recovery progress updates.
* Work as part of the Network team and manage own projects with the support of the Programme and Project Manager(s).
* Identify and reconcile key stakeholder interests in projects.
* Identify, assess, and prioritise risks associated with the projects.
* Run day-to-day tasks of assigned projects to provide successful outcomes.
* Champion service improvement and transformation and motivate colleagues to work together to deliver success.
* Assist project sponsors to identify alternative solutions and adapt when initial ideas are unworkable.
* Report on project status to project and programme managers.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have essential qualifications and experience in admin/PMO. A Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required.
